When
attraction gets transformed to addiction then disadvantages gets higher in
amount than benefits. Computer is a device that is attracted by all ages’
people especially teenage people. About 30 years ago, computer or internet
addiction was unknown to all. But nowadays the numbers of addicted people is
increasing.

computer addiction?
Computer addiction
means over usage of computing services or spending a lot of time with playing
games or surfing the internet. This type of addiction disorders life-strategies
and hampers regular life.
The people
who work in office dependable to computers need to work for a long time. This
makes the people addicted to computer. Even who works or uses computer can’t
live a moment without thinking and using computers.
Disadvantages
of computer addiction:
The teenage
girls and boys are mostly affected by overuse of computers. They can
communicate with one another via web through computers. It damages their
education qualities and reduces mind power. Sometimes many boys are seen
playing games from hour to hours. They don’t think or know how much time they
spend insist of doing other jobs. These can create a bad impression to his
family.
The person
who is passing his times through doing works or other activities can’t take
care of his family as he can’t make out time for his family members. In a word,
social life gets broken in case of computer addiction.
Many diseases
like strong aversion, retention extinction, headache, brain problems etc. can
be caused while anyone is addicted to his personal computer.
Prevention or
reduction:
Here are some
solutions to prevent or reduce computer addiction. If anyone follows below
steps then he or she might be reduce computer addiction.
Firstly, the
addicted person must maintain the working time limitation.
Secondly, he
needs to fix the time to communicate with others.
Thirdly, he
needs to do other works as well as computing timely.
Fourthly, physical
exercise can reduce the disadvantages of computer addiction.
Fifthly,
taking rest is a good solution to keeping oneself from computer.
Sixthly,
social sites like Facebook, Twitter etc. usage needs to be reduced or the user
needs to keep short time or to use after launch time.
Seventhly,
the teenagers who are addicted in playing games must stop to spend lot of time.
It hampers their study.
Eighthly,
proper time of sleeping is a must. Going to bed late-nightly is a serious
problem to be sick.
Ninthly,
those who can’t sleep without using computers can listen or watch programs on
television.
Tenthly,
addicted person must go out for rest and entertainments. This will refresh his mind.
Computer or
internet addiction is a mostly seen problem nowadays. It can’t be totally
solved in a short time. Proper steps can help to reduce computer addiction.
Social activities and maintaining a family relation can be the main solution to
this. Children need to be busy with writing, reading and playing non-virtual
activities.
Though
computer addiction has negative effects on the people. Sometimes it may help to
them who haven’t worked to do within a limit of usage.
